Eligibility Criteria for Human Dignity Scheme : All the applicants have to submit the Manav Garima Yojana application form in PDF format. The following eligibility criteria must be met to fill and apply: -A) The applicant must be a permanent resident of the State of Gujarat.B) The applicant should be of Scheduled Caste (SC) category.C) The applicant should be below the Poverty Line (BPL) category.D) The annual family income of the applicants is Rs. Rural For rural areas Rs. 1,20,000 for urban area.1,50,000 -The Human Dignity Scheme has been implemented to enable the socially and educationally backward, economically backward, minority, nomadic and emancipated castes to live their lives with dignity and become self-employed in small businesses and become financially self-sufficient.
