An advertisement was published by NGVCL for 150 potential vacancies for Junior Engineer and 484 for Electrical Assistant.

In this regard, Utpalbhai Panchal, who guides the competitive examinations, said that the EWS 10 per cent gold reserve was not included in this and the examination would not have been possible without it. The cancellation of the exam is only for the benefit of the candidates. Now there will be 1500 vacancies and they will be able to take the exam at the same place by paying the same fee. There will be no change in the eligibility for recruitment.
