The Lokarakshak Recruitment Board will conduct all the recruitment related activities such as
advertisements in the dailies, online applications from qualified candidates through OJAS software and written examinations as well as physical tests as per the rules of the Government. He will then proceed to announce the result. All arrangements in this regard have to be made by the Lokarakshak Recruitment Board.It is the duty of the Lokarakshak Recruitment Board to prepare the final results from the beginning of the examination by following the recruitment rules, examination rules and the policy of established reserve by the recruitment board.
The petition filed by 187 candidates alleges that injustice is being done to male candidates. On Friday, Justice A.C. Rao has issued a notice to the state government seeking a reply by October 6. The petitioners have requested the High Court to quash the recruitment process of LRD started in 2018.
